Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a complementary therapy treating you individually, according to your unique symptoms.

It takes account of physical, mental and emotional symptoms and how each person as a whole is coping with stress.

A remedy is selected to cover this whole picture and prescribed in tablet or liquid form. The tablets taste sweet, pleasant for children, and are best stored in a cool, dark place away from strong heat, light and strong odours.

Your first consultation may take 90 minutes in order to find out your individual symptoms, including your past medical history and family health. Everything about you is part of this picture:

  • mood - whether you are irritable, tearful, cheerful, anxious
  • general symptoms - your sleep, energy, appetite, thirst, whether hot or chilly, sweaty or dry
  • particular symptoms: the part of you affected - ears, joints, breathing, heart, skin etc.
  • modalities: how any of the above are affected by environmental or social changes
